Which dark circles does it work on?
All four faces: hollow, dark, puffy and crepey. Most women have more than one, so swipe it under the eye morning and night. It is not a lightening product: your skin tone stays yours.
Will it leave a white or grey cast on dark skin?
No. The balm melts in clear and leaves a soft glow, with no white or grey film on deeper skin tones.
Before or after moisturizer? Morning or night?
Both, morning and night. Apply it after your moisturizer and before SPF. At night, make it your last step.
Can I wear it under makeup?
Yes. Swipe, pat in, give it a minute to set, then apply foundation or concealer as usual.
When will I see results?
Hydration and glow are instant. Lines look softer from 2 weeks, and hollows look fuller from 4–8 weeks of twice-daily use.
Is the result permanent?
Like any skincare, results last as long as you keep using it. Most women keep it as a twice-a-day habit.
Why 10% Volufiline and not a 92% serum?
High-percentage Volufiline oils are meant to be diluted into your cream, and many people apply them wrong. Our stick is pre-dosed at 10%: one swipe, nothing to mix.
Do I need the Mask too?

Does it burn or sting?
No. It is a balm, not an acid: no fragrance, no essential oils, no alcohol denat. If your skin is reactive, patch-test on your jawline for 24 hours before using it under the eyes.
Can it give me dark marks?
On melanin-rich skin, irritation is what leaves a mark. That is why rejen has no fragrance and no essential oils. If you ever feel a burn, stop and email us.
Is my dark circle a hollow, a colour or dryness?
Look in daylight, head straight. A shadow that moves when you tilt your head is a hollow. A brown or purple tint that stays is colour. Fine lines that crease when you smile are dryness. Most women have two of the three.
Will it clog pores or cause milia?
It melts into a thin layer: one swipe per area is enough.
I have oily skin. Will it look greasy?
Use a thin swipe and pat it in. If your skin gets shiny by midday, use it at night only.
Can I use it with retinol or tretinoin?
Yes. Apply your treatment first, let it dry, then the Stick. If your skin feels irritated, alternate nights.
Where does the PDRN come from? Is it vegan?
PDRN is traditionally sourced from salmon DNA. If you follow a vegan diet or have a fish allergy, email us before ordering and we will send you the full sourcing sheet.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Ask your doctor before using any new skincare product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
