Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET, Monday to Friday, leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time and cost

Free tracked shipping on every US order.
Delivery: 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates. Peak periods, weather or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow your parcel on our Track my order page.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you made a mistake, email us within 12 hours of your order and we update it before it ships. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, stuck or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email contact@rejenbeauty.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We ship a new one for free.
