60-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your skin. You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to try your rejen+ products. If you are not happy with the results, we refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email contact@rejenbeauty.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the email address used for the order.
We reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.
Once we receive your return, we refund you in full to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We ship a replacement for free or refund you, your choice.

Cancellations

Orders ship within 48 hours. To cancel or change your order, email us within 12 hours of placing it and we will do our best before it leaves our warehouse. Once shipped, the 60-day guarantee above applies.
